57 Henry Street Penrith has obtained Gateway approval with council signing off on a unique conceptual plan with this project set to become Penrith's marque residence and nightlife destination with over 400 apartments and 6,500 sq metres of commercial/retail space, making it Penrith's new destination for work, rest and play. ABA Group is honoured to commence work on this signature design in 2024.
